A historic rental property for small events situated on 20 private wooded acres with views overlooking a cornfield and a waterfall. This brand needed to reflect humility, simplicity, and a reverence for natural beauty and time-honored craftsmanship. We designed digital and printed assets including a custom property map featuring digital watercolor and pencil illustrations with a casual, artistic vibe that may easily be updated with any future changes or additions.
